In my current role, I manage end to end recruitment — sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various roles including NYSC positions. I support employee records and HR administration, keeping processes organised and efficient. I also coordinate employee engagement activities, because an engaged team is a productive team. I support onboarding, ensuring new hires don’t just join the organisation, but settle in with clarity and confidence. Beyond HR, I am a Career Content Writer, creating blogs, articles, thought leadership content for brands and professionals in the career, HR, and people development space.
